This is a SHARED driveway. Designated # for each unit.  Please park on the LEFT side of the driveway. Street parking allowed.

A $300 damage deposit will be obtained at time of full payment. Deposit will be returned 3 days after check out minus any damages beyond normal wear and tear.<br />

We kindly requests guests to understand that early check-in or late check-out may not be possible in cases where there is a same-day turnover of the property. This is to ensure that the accommodation is properly cleaned and prepared for the next guest's arrival. While we always aim to accommodate our guests' needs and preferences whenever possible, the limited time between check-out and check-in on the same day may make it challenging to grant requests for early arrivals or extended departures. Your cooperation in adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times is greatly appreciated, as it allows us to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that we strive to provide to all our guests.

Guests will have full access to the entire house, and will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before their arrival.

Whether you go for a single cup, a full pot brew or French press coffee, you have a ton of choices at the coffee bar station.  So, say goodbye to groggy mornings or afternoon zzzz’s.

First Aid Kit is located in the kitchen drawer, right next to the dishwasher.

No smoking or vaping indoor. Smoking fine $500.

We have security camera/audio recording devices overlooking the front and back porch. A doorbell/video camera by the front door. All camera/recording devices are on the exterior of the property.
